WILAN ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED was founded after the July 1990 earthquake to help rebuild Dagupan City and nearby areas. We specialize in repairing homes and businesses, as well as constructing roads and drainage systems. Our founders bring valuable Engineering and Architecture experience from overseas, ensuring on-time delivery, quality maintenance, and cost efficiency.

To ensure top-quality ready-mixed concrete, we have also established our own concrete batching plant, making us a leading supplier in Pangasinan.
